I hope this is the right topic for this and I am allowed to post this.

We are selling our Cryptocurrency trading software company. We have created a dynamic cryptocurrency trading tool to trade any coin on several exchanges. Users can configure custom trading strategies in a very intuitive and responsive UI. Users can start with simple, preset trading strategies and optimize these strategies with all kind of custom rules and triggers.

The purpose of the tool is to bring automated (robot) trading to users, even users without any knowledge of advanced trading strategies and indicaters. In basic the trading strategies of our tool are very simple and straigh forward, so anyone can understand them. At the same time a user can go more advanced with custom trading strategies or scripts.

We have sold quite some licenses over the past 1,5-2 years. The feedback from users is always great. Literally 99% of the users leave us positive feedback.

However, we don't have the resources to continue developement. I was the solo developer for the past 2 years but I have to focus on another business. There is still huge potential for our product, especially since we have not done any marketing so far. Reason for that was we wanted to test the product out for a while before going public and getting world-wide attention.

So, we are looking for someone interested to buy our company. Which means our website (ranking pretty good on some important keywords), brand, our userbase and our software. There are many features that can yet be added to the software and there is huge marketing potential.

I would suggest that you create a thread here, Auctions.

You can probably put up an Auction there and maybe someone will pick up and be interested to buy your trading software company, best of luck.

I wonder why would you rather to sell your company instead of getting new partners to come and develop your business together. Wouldn't it be better to continue and make continuous income from what you can offer than to get a single income (by selling it)?

I know it would be hard to get resources you need as soon as possible but if your project is really promising I'm pretty sure you can have some perfect person to fill your need even though it will take quiet more time.

Or, actually your company isn't profitable anymore or on the way to that...

If you want to sell the domain or complete website with the rights sharing means you need to create the thread on auction board or you may contact any private investor who wants to invest and make the money with their own project.

Sometimes the best decision is to sell because there may be other promising projects.

I know sometimes selling the whole company is better than to keep it but can't continue the development and make it less profitable, every company is good if has a good leader too.

But, there are still other options which probably better than to sell a promising company. Now here I'm asking about what actually happen and why he doesn't choose other ways, instead of selling.

Would you please tell us the name of your licensed buyers then? At least if you have sold them and you have good feedback it would be great to share some of them,,, or even better ask them to come in here themselves and give a testimonial.

In the end it is not so much the software but the signal strategy that matters. Are you guys able to provide this?
