That's true and STX token is also backed by winklevoss. STX is under A+ regulation of SEC that can make STX raise up to 50 million dollars from the investors.
It's a registered ico. That's why it was getting a huge demand from investors.

hmm is this from blockstack?
IIRC they are a private blockchain company, these are the guys doing smart contracts/private chains for banks basically
so STX could actually be a legit thing, BUT:  why a public offering? they have kept things private till now mostly i thought?

one to watch for sure!
