I am the Founder of WEBN token..
I have been emailing for over 2 months and still waiting for a refund to be action over 23 days late - with only excuses offered  I am not impressed with performance to date of a so called professional exchange- please do your jobs - we all need your management skills in action

I have already communicated with Hotbit on this issue, Iris, Doris, Admins, Aurora, Rosa, they have all been updated and waiting for others who do not appreciate the meaning of urgency, accountability, and public relations, I am sadly disappointed with this prolonged litany of events, can someone higher up contact those that need to act and issue our refund and tokens.

Who are you referring to as higher up? The bitcointalk admin/mods or some high rank members here?

Do not expect anyone here to contact hotbit or anyone on their team but it would be better if you can provide a strong proof that they are scamming you for refusing to refund.

I don't think they have an official ANN here also but there's one claim where they've been tagged as a scammer exchange . It's not related to maker fund though.
