Hi All

I purchased a secondhand S9 and it runs perfectly at around 15.75TH with temps in the 70's.

I have other FW's, AsicBoost, another that allows you to autotune each chip etc, set freq/voltage of each card etc but this seems to be the best/most stable.

The seller had it readily installed when he purchased it.

Anyone got a clue what is it? Do you need more info.

I have attached a screen grab of how the speed it adjusted.

I embedded this to make other people's lives a little bit easier, the firmware you got my friend is the nothing but the normal bitmain firmware that can be found on their website here >https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Antminer%20S9

the two versions that have this overclock/underclock functions built-in are

Code:
Antminer-S9-xilinx-201907311618-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF-sig.tar.gz

and

Code:
Antminer-S9-xilinx-201907302037-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF-sig.tar.gz

mind you that these two firmware versions have SSH access disabled by default, and you can't change the firmware once installed, unless you go through a recovery process using an SDcard.

if you don't care about SSH and don't plan on using any other firmware, those firmware are the best Bitmain ever made for S9 based on my personal experienced and opinion of course.

I never would off thought it was Bitmains own FW, as soon as i seen Auotofreq  like all the other i have from years ago i presumed it was just a standard update of their normal autofreq one.

Yes its a bit dodgy with SSH. It is by far the best FW i have used though.

Thanks
