Obviously its a tough sell getting a firm to subscribe to any non injury based claim on contingency, but my circumstances are extraordinary.
The slimeball ex-lawyers that started a data center, relocated me from across the country to make heads or tails of a rats nest of a facility they had thrown together..
I did such a great job, my efforts were recognized in the form of monetary rewards, company options and new titles.
Ultimately I was the Chief Information Officer of the company before Siicone Valley investors got duped into parting with millions and I quickly became a target to eliminate.
Not ever being manager in the past, let alone executive, it wasent long before they played games and fabricated cause on flimsy allegations to dismiss me which they did without severence or leu of notice.
All my hard work turning a leaky, unmanageable safety disaster into a working facility was quickly thrown out the window.
I'm now stuck in the Canadian sub arctic and cant afford legal representation cause my ample salary was soaked up in making a home of the new province I was shuttled off to, a livelyhood I was abruptly severed from less than a year later despite two promotions and the companies insistance that I change my living address to one over 2000kms and two provinces away.
Since the Atlantic provinces are such a boys club, even if I could afford an hourly rate barrister I have been turned away due to conflicts of interest.
Contractually I have $250k due if dismissed without legal cause and $15k that was blatantly left unpaid in a simple breach of contract.
And a quarter percent of the company in options with another half percent alloted annually (due december).
This is before any punative damages a judge would leap to tack on to a ruling for the hainous behaviour that took place afterwards.
I've got all kinds of evidence from audio recordings of botched "investigation interviews" from people who have no business acting as HR staff, and an exported email inbox and suspicious company financials.
Looking forward to pm's.. figure at the very least it will cost the company a fine sum of bitcoin to pay off whoever chimes in and is interested in filing against this group.
