Lets introduce with an ponzi project called "HOUR-PERFECT". They are offering multiple hourly unrealistic return packages for investors. I have checked their website and after seeing everything it seems i can say that its just a money stealing trap. They have their social media icon on their header and footer but no actual links there.

I don't think we need to look at the lack of social medias when they offer something as impossible as this. At least some ponzis try to pretend to be legit by offering lower rates like 0.5~1%/day.

I think that they don’t even dream that someone would bring them 500 thousand dollars as an investment. These scammers will be happy even a hundred dollars, after which they will close this site and open a new one again.

That's true if they can double their investment setting up a site like this, and if they are caught they can bring it down and come back after a few weeks if not caught, they can extend it for more scam money, they have a script that they configure or tweak over and over again and buy domain by bunch for a discount and shared host, and they are in business again and always to victimize these innocent investors.
