About Tokpie

I'm sure you guys I've heard about tokpie very well, its a website that users can sell bounty stakes on before bounty ends  or buy stakes, what surprised me is its not well patronized since released, I'm even more surprised when I see new projects launching IEO on this website,  LOL what did they expect or what are such team thinking ? If Tokpie really works many bounty hunters would have had good things to say about this platform
