I use exoduse wallet for bitcoin. Simple and safe.

Exodus wallet isn't as safe as you think though. It's not open source, and if I remember correctly, the private keys are stored on your device in
clear text; that's a very very big issue no doubt. Hardware wallets are still the way to go.

This is something interesting I came across in an article that, while being pro open source, doesn't think it's a great idea for hardware wallets!
