Medium should shout the account down in order to there is no people who will fall to this trap.

Such as a year ago twitter had been banned the account (@elohmmusk) who tried to scam twitter user, this account had made a giveaway to send 0.2 btc and the sender will get 1 btc directly.

It's not real Medium page.... it's fake.
They just clone Medium pages and put random addresses, often times with puny codes to hide

MetaMask added that site as an Ethereum Phishing.

Also, this reminded me I have to start reporting some fake youtube giveaways also, I have a bunch of them archived and never had the time to do it.

First it was Telegram channels giving fake giveaways, then we see it on social media websites having fake pages with these fake giveaways, we also see it in a Youtube channel where they are showing a fake live stream saying that they have a giveaway now we have them in Medium articles. These scammers are really getting more desperate and desperate in getting our coins that they cover a lot of websites and apps just to steal it. I think for us to prevent this is we need to educate people who we know that are into Bitcoin or crypto that these scams are getting more and more prevalent everyday.
