I don't want to disclose much but this is what I figured lately: When user would deposit money in his exchange then he would keep the money and possibly disappear without giving the exchanged amount (he was talking about a massive competition to have a kick start of the site).

DarkStar_ involved was in another case, it was about lending related. I will be coming up with it later in another topic. I think finally I figured the blueprint that was planbed. But fortunately it was a failed attempt.

Why did you trust him and did the work before making payments? In the case, it is agreed to put the money in the escrow or send a part / full refund.
The user may have to wait several days and then re-post that topic with a new account.

I was not going to reply, but someone from the forum told me if i keep quite there will be only one side of the story and it will be his side and everyone will believe because i am quite.

OP contacted and said he can make an ANN for me, that is true and yes i was ok with that, he explained to me everything and more, i agreed that i will hire him to make me an ANN, 2 days later he told me to check a link with some codes in them and view the ANN, seriously  until now i have not even opened it to see what it looks like, we agreed on a price for 50$ that is true enough, but now what OP missed to inform you all was that i informed him that he should wait while my developer fix the issues of emails not delivering to some users especially Yahoomail users, OP replied to me, what does that have to do with an ANN, LOL, well this part i never noticed because i have been busy and my developer is yet to work as well but not known to me he made the post accusing me over 50$, which is ridiculous, he said i never kept my word but i have explained to him already that he should wait let me get the website email system working properly, and he said he has done the work, that i do not understand how a job is done if it is not LIVE, i cannot steal the code, in what way is it beneficial to me? And why it is more outrageous is the fact it's over 50$.

I don't know how much work it took you to make the ANN, maybe my lack of understanding how it works and time involved made me feel that the work is not done until its live, but i see now  that it is not that way and  others seem to think otherwise and this ANN done live or not it is considered work done.

That is a BS reason, you should have just paid him as soon as he submitted his work, it's your own problem that the developer was still working on an issue and this has nothing to do with the OPs payments your holding. I didn't opened the file is the most childish reason from some project !

I have changed my tag to neutral feedback. It does not matter if we work together or not the feedback will stay until I am satisfied with your business conducting procedures. I can not guarantee any time frame for this and you can not push me for that as well.

And for any kind of offer and stuffs you are thinking about in the forum, will be conducted either with an escrow or me holding the fund from you prior.

Indeed! Or even better, and this goes for anybody: before making any deal, and before shaking hands on how the deal is going to be: make a summary, and then agree only to everything that's in the summary.
Having a chat-log as "reference" complete with "chat language" makes it very difficult to find all the details, and also makes it very likely both parties have different expectations.

This isn't helpful either: when making an accusation, make a complete overview of all the details, keep it as short and complete as possible, and don't add irrelevant information. If DarkStar_ isn't related, don't mention him.

What I got from the chatlogs is indeed slightly weird, but I still think all of this could have been prevented.

This is another incident. I honestly did not have time to make a topic about it, it happened not long before I post the OP so it was really very fresh in my mind.

After clearing the dues, If he want to do any further business with any member of the forum, why would you be holding the funds in advance. It should be between him, the other person and the escrow provider.

My intention was to mean business with me.
I will possibly conducting bitcoinTalk related affairs for his/their business so in that case the funds/payments will have to be either in escrow or I will hold them. Sorry if that was not clear in the other post.
