As per my PM, I escalated this to the Casino Team who discovered an operator error. They have adjusted your balance to reflect the correct outcome. Sorry for the inconvenience and poor experience. Hopefully you are satisfied with the outcome and can mark this thread as resolved.

Cloudbet representative contacted me. After I replied they found the ingame error and corrected my balance. Problem fully resolved.

Recently I got a little issue but Cloudbet user solved my problem very quick. So I think that before opening new thread just write PM to Cloudbet user.
