I encountered a significant glitch on FortuneJack

I was playing dice with the auto-bet feature turned on, with a base bet of .00000533 btc. I was doing pretty well, but suddenly my bet amount began to increase dramatically, essentially wiping out my balance. as many of you probably know, the auto-bet function has hardly any delay between bets, so I wasn't able to stop it in time.

I contacted support and was not impressed with their assistance. here is a series of screencaps that show my first interaction concerning the matter. https://imgur.com/a/5rV0yUI in short, I was told this wasn't possible.

I tried once more to get help and was told to contact support@fortunejack.com. upon doing so, I was told my auto-bet settings were configured to increase my bet upon loss, but this is simply not true.

the main reason I contacted support was to let them know something funky is happening and thought they would be interested to know. I didn't even ask them to replace the lost btc. they should have thanked me for bringing this to their attention, but they instead chose to blame me. as far as they're concerned, the auto-bet function worked as intended. that sort of response is one of two things: the height of laziness or willful ignorance.

luckily my balance was low when this happened, so having it wiped out didn't hurt all that much. what upsets me is the way they chose to handle this. what do you guys think? am I overreacting?

I also inquired about their bug bounty. live support told me that would be determined after looking into the issue. a while later, I received an email that said "As the information was checked, there was shown visually incorrect information in mobile version of Dice, but there was no bug regarding your gameplay and the game itself.We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had."

this seems to imply that the correct action was taken, with respect to the betting function, in spite of the incorrect bet size listed on the screen.. but that's not what seems to have happened. my balance went up or down, according to whatever bet was placed. I know this for a fact, because initially this "glitch" was working to my advantage.

I don't know if this was a bug.. or a glitch... or mechanical autism.. ? whatever the case may be, I wasn't particularly impressed with their explanation. have any of you ever experienced strange auto-play behavior?

no, cock. this just happened a couple of hours ago. besides, why would I try to scam FortuneJack for such a small amount of btc? the bets should not have increased, but they did. my RAM has nothing to do with this. that is an absurd suggestion. take my loss like a man? this has nothing to do with my losses, idiot.

edit: look at what I said in 2019. yes, I had an issue with their auto-bet function, but it was for different reasons. what is with your attitude? you seem to be more upset than I am, and I'm the one who got screwed.

The thing is, when it comes to examples like this, if FortuneJack can't verify it on their backend, they're not going to take your word for it.

You would need to have absolutely rock-solid proof for FortuneJack, or anybody else for that matter, to take you seriously.

Since something similar has happened to you twice now, maybe you should run a screen-recording tool at all times, just so you can capture it on video if it happens a third time.

I literally just quoted this from your other thread , I didn't write the Ram part etc . but funny how you deleted the other posts exactly before making this new thread .  And people are trying to scam for all kinds of amounts . I've played dice there countless of times and this never happened , I'm sure other people didn't encounter this "automatic increase " how u claim it . Also , it's complete stupidity to play dice , on 2x , 3 x , without a strategy , increase on % , or anything , and you know this very well , cause how I can see you're a gambler for quite some time .

It seems he's more upset about not getting the bug bounty over not getting a refund but it seems they didn't pay him the first time around and now this is him trying his luck again, I'm guessing the bug bounty is much more than what his bets were.

I don't care all that much about the bug bounty. there is an issue with their auto-bet function. that's what this is about. are you really that convinced I'm making all of this up? is there a way to verify bet IDs? think about it... I'm obviously not going to get a bug bounty because of this... I mentioned it both times out of frustration more than anything. I encountered a problem and was given a bullshit response by support. that's what this is about. I know there are a lot of scammers online, but I'm not one of them. I'm tempted to post a link to my localbitcoin and paxful profiles, where you will see a long history of honest dealings. if anyone is interested in seeing that sort of thing, I'll be happy to do so.

I remember your first thread about the glitch on Fortunejack's dice as I was the first who replied it
It makes me wonder why you keep playing the dice game where you think that there is a glitch/bug on it (although no one else experiencing the same as you)?
As I remember your first issue was about visual bug, and now you think that there is other bug that makes your bet increased even though you do not set increase on lose/win.
If I experience the same thing, I will try it again and make a video. Screenshot wont help us and Fortunejack to make sure that it is a real bug.

Seems like Simion is right. If you deleted a lot of posts,,, then your motivations are going to be flawed, as in that you had something to hide. Good luck if you are honest but as panjul asked, if you saw the bug already why did you play it again?

The only explanation for that kind of bug on auto is that you have keyboard hotkeys on but that is my experience,,, I have no idea if FortuneJack dice has the same hotkey function.

I have dealt with a lot of these support staff and most of them are short and to the point. They have to jump through different active chat  screens, helping more than one person at a time. I am in no way trying to justify their response to your query, because they need to be professional at all times, but they have to deal with a lot of scammers and cheaters every day and I would also question someone's intention, if they claim something like this.

The amount was also insignificant, so it is not a train smash, if there was some kind of bug. People sometimes fabricate situations in the hope that they might get rewarded, but then they will have to give solid information for the support to be able to duplicate that bug on their side too. < I am guessing that they never even tried it? >

I guess there are few points to discuss here further. One is, if the person who claims there is a problem (stevrev) actually had another topic where he talked about a similar problem, then a) why did he do it again? b)is he capable of proving he had an issue concretely?

However, if it is the first time, then just the second one. Consider this, fortunejack is a rich company that makes a ton of money constantly every single day, so we all know they have enough money to cover this issue up in no time if they are wrong, all there is left to do is prove them that they are actually wrong, which shouldn't be too hard by them just checking the results in their own system and seeing that you were wronged. If that is not the case, I don't know what anyone here could ever say about it.
