No matter if the token in question is a shit coin, the bounty hunters deserve to get those tokens in their wallet. They have worked for few weeks and months for the marketing of the project.
I agree with you on that, but suchmoon's question was more about what the project devs gain by not paying out those tokens, which are created out of thin air and probably will end up worthless. That's a valid question, and one answer that comes to mind is that some of these idiots are straight-up sadistic scammers who probably enjoy the anxiety and frustration that they inflict on the bounty hunters.
I really wish there weren't so many desperate members here who are willing to spend so much of their time and energy in the hope that they'll eventually get paid. If a campaign or bounty manager doesn't have coins in escrow to pay out the participants, that's a huge red flag and should prompt potential participants to perhaps search for another bounty. Unfortunately, I don't think most of them escrow funds to be paid out to the bounty hunters.
As others have pointed out, the responsibility as a bounty manager (and the project's sole representative on this forum) does not end with the submission of the spreadsheet to the team. Not if the reputation no the forum is important to you.
Agree completely on this point.
