would you  be more specific mate? because i seem not to notice which are you mentioning here?  what quotes displayed around the forum ?
i have been lurking around almost 2 hrs each day but did not find what this is lol.

That's the first thing that I've thought of when he said about quotes below the ads.

To be specific, what exactly that makes you find weird and so, ucy with that list?

But that's existing for long now right ? i believe that also @lightlord keeps on joining the bidding of that spot each time , if i am not mistaken every quarter?

It's the ad slot you're mentioning.

Aside from the ad slot, the quotes are down there if you hover down, there are the factoid slots.
