Even they on MetaMask phishing list:
"Hi, I've blacklisted the domain as we had many reports on Etherscan and EtherScamDB about coins not being sent back.
I will be investigating it more before considering a whitelist."
Generally, try to contact the support team, if they do not respond within a week, you can repeat this request.
