Cloudbet withdrawal almost 48 hours and still pending

Hi everyone. I am new here. I just want to ask if someone here experienced a delay in withdrawal on their cloudbet account. I created an account to cloudbet.com and used the sportsbook to bet my favorite NBA team. When I won my bets and tried to withdraw my winnings the site says its still pending. But its already 48 hours. I always contact their support team via live chat but they all say the same thing that they will follow it up to their payment team but still nothing is happening. Is anyone here experienced the same as well? I greatly appreciate any inputs you guys can provide.

To avoid the delays you have to split your withdrawals. I might've said this on a similar thread but most users that are having trouble on withdrawals have been withdrawing above BTC0.1. You can read most of their cases on the main thread linked above but eventually they get fixed. In your situation I can only say is to wait and even if their support say the same thing always message them once a day. Their live supports doesn't have the power to fix all problems the payments are probably handled by a different team that's why all they can say is to forward the issue.

Personally I don't have any transactions from cloudbet, but based on what I experienced from other site; you should contact the support group. I do experienced some sort of delays, but at trading site and not with gambling withdrawal. If their admins is active, you should private message their group which you can find in their main webpage.

In case of such problems, I always recommend that you first contact the support of the relevant platform. You're more likely to get professional support than you'll find here.

oh really  ? i didnt know that this can help stuck withdrawals  but maybe it is ? higher amount of btc takes time to mine that the lower ones  . maybe that is the logic behind this trick   . 

i also got a simillar problem same as op so i definetly gonna try this asap but i remember that every withdrawal have thier own specific fees . oh well , better pay a little more when your in a hurry  because time is still the most important of them all      .

^ From the start of reading your thread and the issue is withdrawal, I knew that it will be fixed by cloudbet team. And there you have now resolved the issue and good to hear that this does not end up to scam accusation board. A little bit disappointed with this kind of service and I hope they will fix this, the unsatisfied customer will probably leave from which gambling site he is.
