You can't. You can try PM an admin and they may do it, but they usually don't. You can just create another account  with that name if you feel like you need it.

Changing the account name is still possible by direct PM to theymos and you must have a clear reason why you want that change. Recently I also discovered that some people have managed to get changes to the account names approved by theymos such as Murat which was previously named iwantaponi. It may be that your request will be granted by theymos, but only a few will get it unless you donate 50 bitcoin.

If it were not for urgent needs, then the suggestion to create a new account might be more realistic and not require a long process.
