Subcoman (Adwords Account Seller) seems to be a Scammer

What happened::
I bought 1 Adwords account off of Subcoman. At first everything went fine and he gave me RDP access to the account.
A couple of days later I couldn't log in anymore. Since then I've made countless attempts to contact him and he hasn't responded to any of my messages (skype,forum pn,Telegram).
