2. You just appeared from nowhere as magical Paypal expert
3. You did not ask for merit in public, BUT you do need it don't you

There was never any Paypal fix from newbie rupola85....
Do not trust anything those 2 accounts wrote.

You could make an argument with him by making a post on right board.
