Does it make any sense to spend money on T2 ASIC miner in this period of time? I am offered 1100$ for each, is it worth spending money on or it's a waste of money?

This miner can make you like just more than 2 dollars profit daily,it can mine the SHA-256 algorithm which is Bitcoin and if you plan to hold your earnings for the future than the 1100 price is justified and is a good one.If you want to just make some money then it is not worth it because it needs 1.5 years to ROI back your investment so in the end it all depends on what you will do.Below is a simple calculator about this miner.

How much does your electricity cost?
I would buy such equipment if you have free electricity.
In my country, you can buy a used ASIC antminer s9 13.5 Th for $ 500-600

These ASICs can be overclocked with good cooling up to 15-17 Th

Either free electricity or not it's not worth buying because you will feel pain once bear market gets here and your mining dashboard is showing you 0.2$ per day, a 1100$ GPU can do better than 2$ per day presently, maybe 6$ to 8$ ? So better go for GPU

Not worth if you buy that asic than gpu. Rx570 and mining other coin will still make you around $1.6 daily.
Pretty bad for gpus with 4gb vram but not on 8gb cards.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

Rx570 8gb will do 30-32MH so that's over 2$ per day, I'm guessing it should be 2.8$ per day presently since that's what I'm getting on my gtx1660super and the hashrate is also 32MH per day so it's better to buy GPU and that old ASIC miner

Another question to ask yourself is, do you trust the person or store that's selling you the ASIC? Is a friend or you saw it in some random online reseller's website.
Why are they selling it if it can make money for them.

Most scams have be orchestrated by players who sell miners at attractive prices. In most cases it's either a scam or the miner is faulty.

This ASIC miner T2 is all over Alibaba website mate I don't see anything strange about it because T2 miner are outdated already, a GPU like rx580 or 1660ti is even more profitable than this crap, T2 takes alot of electrical power and delivers very low profit 😏 not worth buying
