What to mine on over 1000 OVH servers? (CPU mining)

I have a project where we are offering free game server hosting. It is fine and we break even or make a small profit.

We have over 1000 servers with OVH that are used for our project and many of the servers sit at 10%-20% resource usage.

We are thinking that if we can mine them with idle resources, we can recover a little bit for the bottom line.

The servers are all pretty beefy for single core performance, mostly i7-6700k CPUs or similar.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

That is definitely quite a bit of processing power! These days the hot CPU mineable coin is Monero if you're looking for what I call bread and butter.
