I have a lot of bad impressions about that wallet:

 - I do not trust wallets or other services that depend on people/individuals/entities for their publicity or trust. If you want to gain trust, make everything transparent.
 - You need to trust the company as they are closed source. You also need to trust that they did in the US ( intermediate code) and China correctly from an offline computer, serial number, wallet passphrase^[1].

Let's listen to what he has to say and the reason for his expectations.
