Have you guys heard about this? or have you actually use their service? if yes, can you share your experience with us? for us to know some ideas if they're service is working or not. because I just found this one on my way searching for some good topics to share with you guys.

What do we have here?

I'm not one of their employee nor some promoter of this site's services. I just wanted to share this with you guys because in my 3 years+ in this community I often see people facing this kind of problem. maybe this kind of service will help them recover it and get back what they've lost.

Take Note: before you use their service, let's wait for our veteran's members' opinion on this kind of service. Let's wait for them because they have some experiences with this kind of thing.

How did you come across the site? I would recommend using WalletRecoveryServices[1] instead, the service has been around since 2013, and they have an endless amount of good reviews on both the forums and Reddit[2].

I assume OP found it on Reddit also, as it has been mentioned on crypto-related subreddits a few times: https://www.reddit.com/r/TREZOR/comments/9vmkvz/bitcoin_and_ethereum_gone_after_updating_trezor/e9dvjvp/

One thing's for sure, the one you mentioned is a lot more reputable and has a lot more positive feedback.

I also saw this one on the list where I found the site in my first post, yes! it says 2013 and the one that I posted says 2018. I choose the latest one without realizing that the old one was good and reputable. I think if they wanted to choose between these two, they can start with the old one to assure the legibility.

I have never heard of this service until now. Now I have a look at the walletrecoveryservices mentioned by OmegaStarScream. And as far as I can see there, recovery of Trust wallet is possible with this service.

The motherboard of the phone I used a few months ago has been broken. And I couldn't find the backup of Trust wallet installed on that device. Now I will try this service and give feedback about the result here.

However, I have to say that it really smells a lot of SCAM. But never mind, I was already out of hope in that wallet.

Services like this are like 90% scams most of the time, but some of them are legit. They usually never ask for your wallet file and instead ask for the relevant information that's required to help you 'break the code'.

I'd rather do what ETFbitcoin said above instead. Look for open-source tools and play with it. As long as you make a proper backup, there is no need to be paranoid.

I tried to reach them and ask their help. And I wrote that just I needed help with my Trust wallet.
I didn't give any detail to them.

Got answer today;

Quote
Hi,

Thanks for contacting me. However, I specialize in finding passwords when they are partially known and the customer has the wallet file or good knowledge of their seed words.
Without either of those, I am unable to help.

Regards,

So I can't understand how can they help anyway! They want to know special details for recovering wallets. If I have these details, why would I need their help?
Nonsense...

However, I have to say that it really smells a lot of SCAM. But never mind, I was already out of hope in that wallet.

I know it just look like SCAM. But I tried everything that I know. But I couldn't recover. I just tried and fail. There is no need to try again.

No reason to take any risk with something of this nature. I'd only bother with the one with the most rep and most track record and that's wallet recovery services. The fee would suck but 80% of your lost funds is better than 90% of nothing from another service that turns out to be a bunch of thieving scum.
