Guys,

I used to mine using RX570/RX580 backing 2017 and 2018. After that, I kept them in the attic and never used them. I just brought them this week planning to start with dual mining (ETH + black2s).

I saw Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v15.0 and tried. But I am getting socket was closed error.

I used previously V12.0  B2S working fine but ETH showing pool sent wrong data, cannot set epoch, disconnect. for pool us1.ethpool.org:3333

Please help in the right direction. Which version of Claymore is working now for RX 570/580?

You can dual mine... But nothing is worth it (all dual mine coins are asic mined) to take away from mining straight eth.  So if your going to mine dedicate the entire gpu to eth.

OK. Ethereum-only mining also not working on V15 for RX 570. Do you know tweak

Yes dual mining still works, you can mine eth plus other coin but the truth is dual mining is complete waste of time today, unlike in 2017, things have changed drastically
