Why it would feet to "Marketplace", "Trading Discussion or "Speculation" ? I don't understand  
AFAIK the suitable boards for that are Gambling and Gambling Discussion or eventually Investor-based games like it has been said above if it's a HYIP.

Is that a good idea? I just think that if we want to grow a business then we must have the capital we can use to build a business to success.
OP If you want to develop a gambling site and you lack capital, then you have to get a partner who can provide capital for you and your ideas that want to get capital invested by others in the forum may be difficult. Invite your colleagues, maybe they also have the same desires as you and start a business together.

If that is the case then they have come to the wrong place. No one here would like to invest in any new project ? Why would you risk your money for that purpose ? This is just as easy as get the money in the name of investments and run away.
