Currently im trying to make a trade or swap with my trezor wallet, so I tried to access my ETH wallet but upon checking there's an error with this and my ETH wallet aren't working anymore.

Does anyone face this issue?. I tried to restart the app itself but it won't work at all.



Will close this thread once fix the issue.

I cannot check this right now, but if you need to access your funds urgently, you could just use MetaMask with your Trezor and link it to any DEX you want to swap the ETH to whatever token you want.

This is not a first time error, it has been recorded as been quite frequent.

You can check their support link above to see if any can help in troubleshooting this.
If not it would be better to move this to the wallet sub board under development and technical discussion.

Have you tried to use VPN? If not would you mind to try it first because I heard Trezor server sometimes blocked by ISP or I think changing your device DNS should solve this case.

If you are using Trezor suite you can also try enabling and disabling tor feature it might solved your case.

As per double checking with the other posted even last year its a common issue with the app, also the support itself of the trezor know the same thing they have this issue. Reset app wont work instead I used now the browser which reflect the funds.

I did not use VPN at all seems just the app error itself that needs to update.

Thanks for your help everyone the fix on this issue is to access on the web and not with the app. I will close the thread now
