Sadly, it really looks like TradeSatoshi is exit scamming and many users will lose their funds.

I've been following the situation for a while and wrote up an article on it, also have a post about it in the Exchanges section which will hopefully help increase awareness. Sounds like they are selectively letting a few people withdraw BTC, but others with bigger balances are still locked out.
