User "Visacards" scamming people selling free VCC for up to 50usd

This guy repeatedly deletes any critical postings, and he have sold many FREE VCC for up to 50USD.

EDIT: Seems like the scammer is trying to delete some postings on multiple forums and making new usernames, so here is extra info to look for.
