A lot of people with finance degrees are clueless about markets and money.  They basically know a little bit about accounting, a little bit about business, and a little bit about the financial system, but not enough to be able to put any of it together into a picture that makes sense.  People who get a degree in accounting seem to know a fair bit more about what they are talking about, at least in my experience.

I won't name names because we ended up disagreeing heavily on one topic. Words may have been exchanged and I do not wish to drag it up again. He is actually a member here and elsewhere though so up to him if he speaks up...

The chat was about a week ago and had to do with value. I find the reality and practicality of "things" namely bitcoin do not factor into "their" metrics. Sometimes the real world can destroy a lab theory.
