I checked last year Cryptospoon.io in which all 4 photos you specified were used: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5178840 These photos are used in the site template and have not been changed by the new team.
In the case of cryptospoon.io in addition to stock photos, plagiarized whitepaper was used .

Thank you for the info. Those scammers do not have the brain to use some random picture, they prefer stock images that can easily be detected. I hope people do not fall for these stuff.
