I have few Virtual cards with zero balance in them as i used them all. However can you tell me you want the VCC to be verified with which one site ?

I do not recommend any of these services.

Most of the VCC sellers on that board are newbie scammers who will scam you out of $5. Some of these cards were also bought with stolen money, so by purchasing a card from them you are potentially helping them commit money laundering and expose yourself to law enforcement trouble.

There is one provider I know here who can ship you a physical card or create a virtual card, it is AlexPCS' thread at Anonymous crypto loadable bitcoin debit card - No KYC - Private Card Services. I have not purchased one from him but I had multiple conversations with him in PM and I trust this user.

He's not cheap though - setting up a card costs a few hundred euros but you are then able to reload it as many times as you like and it has pretty high spending and funding limits.

In case you're still looking for one, I did manage to find a cheap "$5 virtual visa card ^{[US region]} in Coinsbee"...

Thank you for recommendation , but it looks that those are prepaid which azure doesnt accept it :/

Good cards such as debit don't go for 5$. I sell from 25 euro up the cards that work on Azure. I know they do as I have customers for them. I know it might sound like a high price, but best quality is a bigger price.
