In my opinion, you can try ignoring them, ignorance is the best solution for this case. You never truly know who can be behind the screen you're arguing with, as it could be a 16 year old kid, or worse if an immature 50year old person with a small brain. Banning one member won’t solve the problem as they can easily create multiple accounts which can lead to a different case. Even worse, they might be part of a larger team operating out of a scam call center which is quite common if you have exposed a scam or won an argument against them…

If you simply don’t engage and ignore them, they will finally give up. As a well known saying in our region goes ˋThe dogs bark, but the caravan moves on’

Regarding the thread, I don't think it's very useful. I understand that everyone feels angry and shocked by this vulgar language.

When you referred to the thread I thought you meant this thread because what I quoted were posts, not threads, from the user in question.
