Digitalcoin (DGC) is an established cryptographic currency with a transparent history. The Digitalcoin Foundation and its committed development team ensures network stability and health through evolving policies, best practices and open-ended testing. To date, DGC remains one of the most fair, and well distributed forks of the original Bitcoin software.

Technical Specifications
Algorithm - Scrypt is used to encrypt the networks transactions and ensure its an integrity.
Confirmations - Confirmations come in at an average of every 40 seconds.
Reward - Rewards started at 20 and have since gone down to 15. Rewards encourage miners to support the network long term.
Maximum coins - ~144,500,000 coins will be minted.
Development
Digitalcoin is currently developed through The Digitalcoin Foundation. The Foundation is comprised of volunteer members with significant stakes in the success of the currency. If you would like to offer your expertise, contact The Digitalcoin Foundation.
