To those who experienced and resolved this please help me.

I already set at my bios that my Onboard Integrated graphics will be the default display, it was all fine until I inputted my 10th GPU on any GPU slot and it will boot up and show display if I remove and have 9 GPU socketed.

Any thoughts about this or should I install something?

try to use 9 GPU changing one GPU and puting the GPU that makes. the video did not work (to be sure that the problem is not riser or GPU).

Make sure you have your bios set properly:

set VTd INTEL VIRTUALIZATION to DISABLE.
set ONBOARD AUDIO/SOUND (AZALIA) to DISABLE.
    set IEEE1394 to DISABLE.
    set PCI-E SUBSYSTEM/LANES to x8/x4/x4
    set ONBOARD GRAPHICS to DISABLE.
    set PCI-E GENERATION to GEN2.
set CPU FREQUENCY SCALING to DISABLE.
set CPU PERFORMANCE MODE to ENABLE.
    set FAST BOOT to DISABLE.
    set CSM to ENABLE.

Do you know that you can switch your windows OS to LInUX OS and make all that headache disappeared? I suggest you start from there, Linux supports more graphics cards in mining rigs more than windows OS, try this now and drop your feedback later, have a blessed day.
