Scammed me for 0.15 bitcoins

He was supposed to be buying 0.30 btc from me, I was to send 0.15 first, receive his funds as an instant transfer to bank of america, and then deliver the other 0.15. Ever since sending him the 0.15 he has come up with a number of different reasons to delay the transaction and has disappeared since July 1 saying he would refund the coin or send me my money asap.

Just a friendly reminder to always use escrow. And I would PM the proof to a person on the trust list so they can negative rep him to prevent any more scams.
