I'm new to mining and understanding all that I'm seeing.

I've gotten my hashrate up from when I started, but I'm now seeing a discrepancy of my total shares that I don't understand.

On my rig it tells me that I have a total of 477 shares

On my dashbaord (ethermine.org) it tells me I have a total of 273

I do understand that the dev (Claymore) takes some my mining time for himself, and that is calculated as part of the total but it's not supposed to be that much.  So where's the rest?

Snip of my screen results

You can't compare share counts. The pool counts the number of shares until the next block
is found (a "round") then resets to zero. The miner counts the total number of shares since it started.
The fee has nothing to do with it, it gets mined at the dev's preferred pool.
