When my Grandpa moved to Clayton CA (near Concord) he was the first one in that area.  Land was being sold in 2.5 acre blocks 585 ft by 195 ft.  When he built the first house on that property, he had no neighbors.  Since then, he has built a second house on the property, and EVERYWHERE all around him has been developed.  He has had many offers to buy the unused land so others may build houses on this prime real estate, but he turned them all down, wanting to keep the property to give to his 5 children when he passed.  But now, those 5 kids are married with kids and houses of their own and are looking to sell the property.  Here is a very unique piece of land for this area, the lot to the left has been subdivided for 6 owners, the lot to the right was subdivided for 8 owners.  So we are currently looking for someone who might like a VERY large yard, or someone who would like to subdivide and build and sell some homes.

You can see the property here...
https://maps.google.com/?ll=37.942183,-121.947314&spn=0.003057,0.005284&t=h&z=18
It stretches from Pine Hollow Rd to Verna Way and from Gibson Ln to the line bordering 4 houses on the East.

If someone only wants half,,, a lot line has already been made creating 240ft by 195ft piece with no houses on it.  The other half, 345ft by 195 ft has two houses built on it.  One is small, both are old.

We are preparing to list the property with local realtors and I thought I would post here as well to see if we could get any bitcoins for the property!  If not, I guess fiat will have to due :-(  YUK!  lol

Ask questions below!  Thanks!

I would guess your first question is how much?  We are working on that and we don't know what it will sell for.  Current estimates that I've heard are all between $10 / square foot and $15 / square foot depending on how many pieces to chop it into, /w house vs. without house etc...
