Price? That is what is called "the market"

Depends on two factors:  supply and demand. Your 10 BTC is the demand, the available CXX is the supply.  Demand raises prices, supply lowers prices. 

My educated guess is that the shares will start out at 5 times original price, or around 5000 satoshi a CXX.

Where it goes from there depends upon the market.

Important update

Following the overhelming majority of buyers voting positively to start an early trading, we have contacted Bter to provide us with the final data snapshot.
We are now updating the ledger with the final data, and will publish it soon. Once done, we will provide Bter with the final list of ID's, in order to perform the distribution and any remaining refunds.

Moreover, the official ticker XCR was chosen by the community, and reserved on Bter!

That probably concerns me more than the actual pre-sale.

Either the devs made up their mind early to do the pre-sale regardless of the vote.
Or didn't have the foresight to realize that non-coin owners could very easily vote in this poll. I'll also add the vote was done in a forum known for many people having tons of sockpuppets too.

So... forget the poll. It doesn't mean anything. The devs should just come out and say they wanted the presale from the beginning and be done with it.
