Anyone care to explain me about these transaction and how their system works?

Lets say If i bought some safecoins and got them as 0.000055 tx on a address where I have around 5 btc.
Can i send my bitcoin transactions normally? If yes what will happen if that 0.000055 tx will be included as input in my bitcoin transaction.

in short: what will happen to my safecoins If I will send that 0.000055 transaction along with my other bitcoins.

The 0.000055 BTC transaction contains info about your MaidSafeCoin transaction (also called SPT or Smart Property Token).  I believe it exists just to get that info stamped onto bitcoin's blockchain.

It's safe to carry on spending your bitcoin as normal.  Here's a quote from one of the mastercoin guys (MSC is mastercoin, not MaidSafeCoin by the way):

Quote
Your MSC and SPT balances stay with an address, and not with any particular BTC that also live on the address. You can safely move the two independently.
