Tried accessing the site and faced the 'Access Denied' issue just like the other posters. I feel like way too many countries have been restricted here which looks bad for the site in my opinion.

The weird thing here is that many review sites seem to indicate that this is a decent website overall, but the restrictions and KYC requirements seem to say another story. Care to clarify op?

we are working on expanding our list of accepted countries. Due to the legal terms of our License we have to ask that players complete KYC. 

I think this will be one thing that gamblers will hesitate to play on your site.
By the way, what license you have why you have many countries restricted on your site?
And yes, I'm not included in the restricted countries but getting access denied also.
You need to clarify also the KYC requirements, is it all for all players - low or high rollers?
