Hi.
I want to launch my own crowdfunding platform.
In my vision there are several of my own developments / differences:
“Floating” (managed) commission, which at any time of the campaign can be regulated by the applicant;
Extremely low entry threshold (i.e., the ability to place up to three campaigns at once (one, each type), of course, after verification of identity);
And conditional cash back (karma) to the sponsor who finances ...;

Three types of applications can be placed on the site: charitable, social and business;
Money is fiat.

The sponsor / investor is invited to finance applications in small amounts, but in large quantities (especially when it comes to charity and social projects).
We offer the sponsor the opportunity to choose applications according to various criteria using the filter, add to your Favorites, and also configure auto donate from the linked card.

The service is aimed at financing fiat money from an individual to an individual without intermediaries.

Information about payments (transactions) and other important information is fallen into the blockchain.

Payment information turns into Karma and becomes public.
Karma can graphically display how many beneficiaries received support in one transaction per unit of time from a particular sponsor. All this is beautifully graphically designed and benefits society through transparency, reliability and motivation.

As I mentioned above, due to its publicity, Karma becomes a motivator for other sponsors to fund more than Wink’s neighbor.
In addition, the applicant can also at any time finance applications of other applicants by forming his own Karma. And the general public statistics form the global average check and, in fact, the trend for financing any applications.

Also, we plan to issue our own token.

We need a token, as a product - the subject of a transaction between the sponsor and the applicant. The sponsor finances the application either by purchasing a service token (initial issue) or by purchasing a token that already belongs to the applicant (after the initial issue). So we plan to be in the framework of non-financial activities in most jurisdictions, at least not yet get stronger.

The issue volume is not yet announced.
The details of the issue have not yet been announced too. We want to talk, hear the opinions.

We plan to buy our token from the secondary market in order to replenish our own "warehouse" for applicants to implement future applications. Due to this, the token becomes investment attractive.

We reserve the right to burn purchased tokens to maintain its price.

The service has already been tested a bit on CMS engines, it worked and even closed several applications.
But then there was no blockchain.

Today there is a team of worked people, we cover marketing. We write the web product in php on the Symfony framework (outsourcing).
The policy package and WP are now actively being developed.

Open questions:
1. On which warhead to issue a token and smart contract;
2. Which country to choose for the ICO/IEO (look towards Estonia / Sweden);
3. Which supplier of the site (exchange) to use for listing its own token;

I ask you to share with your experience and help the project.
