Most cost effective way to buy from Bitmain (UK)

I have been trying to work out which is the most cost effective way to buy from Bitmain.

Coinbase?
Revolut USD
OR
bank transfer

What exactly are the asking? If Bitman allows paying for mining equipment with BTC, and you don't have the required BTC it would likely be better to do a bank transfer as it would be cheaper than buying Bitcoin from an exchange, paying their fees, and then sending the Bitcoin to Bitmain.

If you're asking what exchange has the best rates, then you'd have to check yourself based on GBP to Bitcoin.
