How do I compile bitcoin's source code files?

So I have this bunch of files. How do I compile them as an executable one? By googling I only see for ubuntu and mac. I have windows 7.

Read doc/build-windows.md. It describes two methods for compiling on Windows: Cross compiling using the Windows' Subsystem for Linux or building using Visual Studio. The build instructions for Visual Studio are linked to another document, build_msvc/README.md
