Many service providers are already selling this service here and some of them are charging very high fees from 5% - 15% so that's why I would like to offer this service for a flat fee of 25 USD payable via bitcoin. Since fee is flat then those people with big amount of hold will be able to take advantage of my service.
Just to be clear, the flat fee applies to each hold that I will release. For example, you have 2 transactions with 500 and 1000 USD hold, then you will have to pay me 25 x 2 = 50 USD. 25 USD per hold.
Also, I am an honest person so I expect for you to be the same. I will release the hold for you first then once you confirm that funds were released you can send me the payment via bitcoin.
This service will not have any effect on your paypal account and is completely safe to use. No personal information or any account information will be collected from you.

https://www.paypal.com/businessexp/money) and see if your transaction is listed under EXTERNAL HOLD.
If you want to try the service, please read the following first.
1. This service is applicable to any paypal account whether new or not, verified or not.
2. The hold on the amount should already be at least 3 days old for the hold to be released instantly.
- If the hold is fairly new like only today then release will be after 3 days.
- If the hold is 1 day old then release will be after 2 days.
- If the hold is 2 days old then release will be after 1 day
3. Contact me via PM and send me a screenshot of the transaction on hold that you wanted to be released.
