Just posting this so users that happen to search the following text will realize it is a SCAM.

They're sending out wallets that they know the private keys to,  and they will steal the coins.

Scam text from their listing below:

Someone needs to report this listing. Too dangerous.

The user has 86 positive feedback, and he is using this opportunity to make some quick money. Noob in the crypto will easily fall for this feedback and this listing and will take the chance to get these moneys.

If I lose my card, can you send me the private key?

To ensure maximum security, private-keys are not saved. When the card is made, the public and private keys are created on a computer without access to the internet and then sent to the printer. The printed card is the only copy of the private-key. If it’s lost, there is no way to recover it.

As if there are no one to have a copy of the private key. What a joke.

Already reported it with accurate information.  Sadly eBay doesn't seem to know that this is clearly a scam as they haven't taken it down even now.
Any idea if I can call them to get it taken down?  Just feel really bad for anyone that may happen to see this listing and think it's real.

Edit: Also, this thread still isn't showing up on google for the text in the listing sadly. :/

P.S. Thanks so much for the merits,  wasn't asking for them but I really do appreciate it as now I can move up in this community Smiley

Might take a while...

I'm not an eBay user but according to "GetHuman [not sure if it's a reliable source]", you have the following options:

866-540-3229 · CUSTOMER SERVICE

866-643-1607 · FRAUD DETECTION

Edit: Also, this thread still isn't showing up on google for the text in the listing sadly. :/
It's showing now on the second page: SS was taken while using the incognito mode

Nice, catch, just recently, I have seen this in Ebay: BTC/ETH contract in Ebay, looks very shady???. So by now it's obvious that Ebay has been taken advantage of scammers as well. Personally, I haven't heard of Ebay being used by crypto bad actors, but it seems I'm very wrong. Every platform that they can used as a tool to cheat/scam others, they will do it in a heartbeat.

What strikes me too shady is the number of sold items. 45 sold

And also the feedback left by other users: http://archive.vn/HPjnz

Something is not adding up. On eBay exchanging feedback is not that easy besides most of these users have good reputation. So, how it's possible?

One ground I can think of:

- There is a gang who are doing these feedbacks in between them

But this is not going to be that easy with ebay also there are no way that anyone can afford to give $2500 to every buyer who are spending $3 to buy their card.

Actually, there's a whole gray market built on buying and selling feedback Sad
You can easily get like 10 positive feedback for $2, ranging from new to old accounts.

From what i can tell, many ebay accounts are compromised and someone/group has access to thousands of them

What they do is they buy an item, give feedback, and then "return" the item and get refund. Trick here is the item is never sent, but for some reason feedback remains.

You don't have any proof that this is an actual scam. This is similar to physical bitcoins, you just have to trust that they created the key in a safe process without saving it.

This is not good for ebay. Years ago I used to use ebay a lot and I always found it was not easy exchanging feedback unless one is really buying and selling.

This looks very possible among a group of people and in this case all those feedbacks are just fake to be sure.
