A big Project are paid in Bitcoin, it is hard to believe that they are paying in the same currency as the project.

You need to pay some costs in cryptocurrencies as they express how liquid the project is, but if you want to create a currency and promote it through those codes, you will not find expert people to support you.

That's correct. But in the developement phase, i think it's necessary for any project to have a small budget to cover necessary needs like paying devs and team. The token should be used for other utilities and not mainly to cover the costs of the project at initial stages.

Most times the token ends up being worthless though, so a serious team should have other income to attract interested candidates.
