You trust feedback really says everything that someone has to know about your professionalism and quality as a whitepaper writer. Someone has to be completely clueless to hire you but then again, only completely incompetent team will hire someone else to write whitepaper for them, instead doing that in house so I guess that's yours target audience.
Experienced and quality writer knows how to format copied text, and will always mention references. If you really have 10 years of copywriting experience (as you claim) you would know that, instead doing a newbie mistake.
It's good you've expressed your feedback. However, I would like to correct you as follows:
1. The feedback on my profile relates to a project that I created ann thread for on this platform and it turned out to be a scam. The second rating was for a project I wrote a WP for they went ahead to edit and included plagiarised content (this has been addressed on their respective thread). So if you picking an issue as a trusted member of this platform you ought to have checked that fact before maligning my name and work.
2. It is true projects should write their whitepaper however, there are some that outsource this function due to various reasons such as; (a) inability to write in English and need to reach as such audience. (b) want to focus on core business/activities thus outsource this to people like me and others.
3. Highlight or show where my content has been copied from rather than cast aspersions.
