If i remember right - the block reward decreased from 7 to 2 coins, and the price hadnt grown 3.5 times. I havent 30xx GPUs but it looks like that profit became not higher then ETH mining

You are right, but in the long term, mining is profitable - we plan to introduce new developments to develop the project

I`m happy to hear it, but for me as a miner, profit is more valuable then developments. I can mine ETH and easily buy much number of coins then i would mine.
