USDT isn't a coin. It's a token that running on the ethereum blockchain.
For eth tokens like USDT to be sent, you will need to deposit some ETH into your wallet first as eth will serve as payment for the gas fee.

Assuming your USDT is on another blockchain like Tron, you will also need TRX to move it.
If it's USDT on Bitcoin blockchain, you'll need BTC to transfer.

You cannot.

Can you confirm first if your USDT is on ethereum? Contract address should be https://etherscan.io/token/0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7

How much USDT do you have (from airdrop)? Transaction only can be broadcasted successfully and get confirmations if your wallet has enough balance to pay for transaction fees to miners (and sometimes minimum cost for withdrawal from exchanges, exclusively fee for miners).

Beware of the chain you use to move your USDT: sending and receiving chain should be the same. You will lose your USDT if you move it cross-chain.

USDT based on TRC20, ERC20 and EOS. I don't promote Kucoin but that exchange supports 4 forms of USDT on four chains: OMNI layer, ERC20, TRC20, and EOS.

Moving USDT on TRC20 is very cheap but as said you can only move your USDT from TRC20 to another address on TRC20 chain.

The image is withdrawal fee for USDT on Binance on some chains. TRC20 is the cheapest option.

As others have already said, the USDT is a token that can reside on a variety of blockchains. Bitcoin (OMNI), Ethereum, EOS, Tron, ... Each of these blockchains has its own native cryptocurrency that is used for the transaction fee. The first thing you need to do is determine on which chain you own the USDT. After that, you will need a small amount of native cryptocurrency at the same address to be able to transfer the USDT token.

As shown in the tranthidung's table, some blockchains have relatively high transaction fees, so the cost-effectiveness of moving $10 of usdt tokens on those chains is questionable.

Usually, we use two types of USDT; (ERC20 & TRC20). Other types of USDT are also there..
First check which chain-based USDT that is.
For example, it is ERC20 based then you need some ETH as a gas transaction fee.
Like this for other chain-based USDT need that chain's parent token as a fee. Hope you understood  Smiley
