To registered forum members, yes feedback left by ICOEthics won't be a big deal but to guest user trying to view their ANN, there will be a red warning as already pointed out by someone above

Everyone removed their support for the flag at this point except one person. For some reason, the flag is still active on our posts. Not completely clear or totally understand how this flag and negative trust system works. Greatly value everyone's effort to help us fix these issues and will be pleased to see it resolved.

Flag can't be deleted, and flag on your account is now inactive. I have checked it as a guest, there is no red flag notification. I think also there is need some time to remove the red alert from your opened threads.
User ICOEthic is offline for a long time, you only can send them a PM and waiting for his response if they ever come back on the forum. Also, TheNewAnon135246 is the Last Active: 20 June 2020, so I guess they still not read this topic.
For now, you are doing everything that you can to remove red ain't from your account, you just need to wait for these two users to check this and his reaction here.

This isn't 'flag' which is viewing on your thread. This is called 'warning' message for newbies & guests due to your current negative feedback. Your flag already become 'inactive' by default. So no one will see your red flag even from your profile unless they click on inactive flag. I think flag & feedback work almost same algorithm. If your negative feedback greater than positive feedback then there will be a warning message for newbies & guest. So your current positive trust is smaller than negative trust that's why warning message popping up. Your flag oppose is greater than support and this flag will not visible by default to anyone. Hope you understand how its working.

By the way, you have to wait for 'TheNewAnon135246' response when he will come online. The rest negative feedback will be solved by counter feedback. Otherwise one or more DT members will have to leave positive counter feedback.

The problem has finally been resolved and the warning has been removed as well. In awe as to the effort and support shown by all of you in rectifying this issue. It may seem like a small thing but, it means a lot to me. We are going to continue developing and building our platform to perfection, keep everything honest, transparent and above all, provide fair and honorable treatment to our users.
